The Bolivar-Hardeman County Library is proud to offer two meeting spaces. Please review the selections below to determine which space will meet your needs. Also, please review the meeting room policy listed below.

Please review our Meeting Room policy before reserving one of the rooms that are listed below.

Reserve the Julia Bobbitt Memorial Conference Room.

Adults only.
Individual study sessions
Group meetings with less than 10 people
No food or drink

Reserve the Enrichment and Event Room.

After school tutoring
Large group study sessions
Group meetings with more than 10 people but no more than 30
Events involving food or drink (See Meeting Room Policy)
